In order to provide a range of products for you to enjoy we use several print providers both here in Australia and overseas.
After you order, our printers get hard to work creating your order then shipping it out to you.
This means that if you order several items at once then they may arrive in different deliveries rather than all in the same parcel.
Please check the delivery estimates on each product listing to get an idea of when to expect your item. Note that these times are estimates and guarantees. Most of the time your item will arrive within these timeframes but we all know that stock issues, severe weather conditions and postal strikes can pop up at any time and are beyond our control.

What printing process do you use ?
All of our products are printed on demand. That means after you order our printing partners get to work printing your items then shipping them out.
For all our apparel, pillow cases, cushion covers, tea towels and tote bag products we use Direct to Film and Direct to Garment printing. This means we only print items after you have ordered them.
Our Mugs and Phone cases use Dye Sublimation printing. Once again these are printed on demand, so after you order a product our printing service gets to work creating your order.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All of our print providers should have your items printed and ready to ship in 3-7 business days. Occasionally there may be a slight delay if there are stock supply issues, but this rarely happens and we will let you know if there are any problems with your order.
My t-shirt has a funny vinegar smell, why is that?
Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
This smell dissipates somewhat when aired and will completely disappear after the first wash.
Will all my items ship in the same package?
That depends on what you order. Our mugs, phone cases and customisable products ship from a different location to the rest of our products. All our other apparel and homeware items ship from Melbourne Australia and should come in a single package.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do!
All our products are available for international shipping.
Some items will ship from various international locations and our print providers for those products will choose the fulfilment location that is closest to the address you provide for delivery.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All of our items are printed on demand. Once you place an order our printers get to work creating your product. This helps to reduce wasted products, but as such we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
Due to the custom nature of each item we print, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but is not limited to
- Customer prefers another sizing
- Customer ordered the wrong colour or design
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item has been incorrectly printed or contains defects.
A photo of the item must be provided showing the defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at infiniteeclothingdesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
