Delivery Estimates

Our delivery date estimates are based on the average time it takes for that product to be delivered from the time of ordering. But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. 

Orders can sometimes be held up because of:

- Products being out of stock

- Re-prints due to quality control issues

- Public Holidays

- Shipping delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions or weather conditions

These delays only occur rarely, but if your order is running later than the delivery estimate then please contact us and we will be happy to look into it.
